Discover how to connect your movement to the music in this 1-hour solo salsa workshop. Through musicality exercises, footwork, and a short choreography, you’ll explore salsa rhythms, accents, timing, and musical phrasing. The choreography will be repeated throughout the class to help you apply the concepts and build confidence—no performance is required, and no partner is needed.
