Summer invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with one another. Join me for an intimate evening at Eden, where we'll gather by the lake for a guided sauna ritual designed to restore your nervous system, awaken your senses, and create meaningful connections with other women.

This is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and experience the healing rhythm of heat, cold water, breath, and presence.

What to expect:

No previous experience is needed—simply come as you are.

Limited to 15 participants to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

What to bring:

• Swimsuit
• 2 towels (one for the sauna, one for drying off)
• Flip-flops or sandals
• Water bottle

In case of bad weather, the event may be moved to another day later that same week. We'll let everyone know in advance.
