Flow of the day:

1. Ritual & Intention: Opening circle, community altar, and clarity around your intention.
2. Embodied Play: Theatre games, archetypal movement, and playful improv to wake up your body, imagination, and voice.
3. Deep Connection: Meisner-inspired partner work to practice vulnerability, trust, and genuine emotional presence.
4. Scene Improv: Collaborative scenes built around real human stakes, integrating your intention into creative play.
5. Authentic Declaration: A short, heartfelt monologue where you speak with clarity and authenticity about who you’re becoming.

Light snacks will be offered during the break from a local bakery in the Junction, including a charcuterie and cheese platter as well as warm spinach and cheese savory pastries. Please reach out to the organizer if you have any allergies.
