Secret Gem Pizza Stairhike
Join us as we hike up the stairs in El Sereno. Many of the streets are named after gems. We will go on top of Paradise Hill for a great view of DTLA, Flattop and Elephant Hill.
5 miles with about 1,000 Ft of elevation gain.
9 staircases including Upper Tourmaline with 191 steps followed by a steep hill!
There aren’t many sidewalks on the route. We will be on the road/asphalt for most of the route n
Pace- about the same as Marja’s moderate plus.

A residential neighborhood with plenty of free street parking.
Meeting time
6pm. We will start at 6:05pm. Hike will be about 2 hours.
After the hike join us at Secret Pizza for their Thursday special. Two slices and a can of spas for $11. They also have beer for additional charge. This is one of the best New Jersey style pizza places in LA!
Secret Pizza is maybe 1/4 mile from the start of the hike.
