Shamanic Breathwork, founded by Linda Starwolf over 30 years ago, merges the principles of Holotropic Breathwork with shamanic traditions. Prepare for a transformative experience enriched with circular breathing, powerful music, and bodywork that will elevate your consciousness. Your journey may range from physical sensations to emotional releases such as crying, dancing, or laughing. We're here to say: “breathe until you are surprised!”
Your journey will help you gain insights into life patterns, release trauma-related energy, and find guidance from the spirit world. 💚✨

Practical Information:
🔸 Bring a water bottle & eye mask/blindfold

🔸 Avoid jewelry and perfume
🔸 Arrive with a light stomach
🔸 Consider setting an intention
