• Arrival (9:00–9:30 PM): Settle in, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and meet fellow participants.
• Introduction (9:30–9:45 PM): A brief overview of the enchanting evening ahead.
• Gong Bath Concert (9:45–11:00 PM): Immerse yourself in celestial sounds—Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls, cosmic gongs, flutes, kalimbas, and more!
• Gong Lullaby (11:00 PM–6:00 AM): Experience seven hours of gentle, continuous gong sound, promoting ultimate relaxation and cleansing.
• Awakening Gong Bath (6:00–6:45 AM): Rise to the morning gongs' harmonies and embrace a refreshed start.
• Farewell (7:00 AM): Conclude this enriching journey!
