As the founder of Bujinkan Gray Dōjō in Japan, Shawn has been honored with several accolades for his contributions to martial arts, including the Bujinkan Gold Dragon Award and the Bujinkan Shingitai Award. He has widely shared his expertise through international seminars and has appeared in various media related to Bujinkan training. Additionally, Shawn has translated works of Sōke Masaaki Hatsumi, including the book, “The Complete Ninja: The Secret World Revealed.”
