Shut Up and Write - In-person at Sana'a Cafe! - Monday Nights
Join us for an inspiring, in-person writing session at Sana'a Cafe, the new home of the beloved Shut Up and Write! Located at 199 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, this venue offers delightful Yemenite coffee, tea, chai, ice chocolate, and a selection of tasty pastries to fuel your creativity. ☕🥐
Whether you’re working on poetry, prose, non-fiction, or even homework, bring your writing projects and connect with a supportive community. Here, you’ll find no unsolicited advice—just camaraderie and encouragement from fellow writers.
Schedule:
- 6:30 PM: Introductions and Chat
- 6:40 PM: Write
- 7:50 PM: Check-In and Head Out
Attendance is totally free, but we kindly ask that you purchase a drink or snack to keep the cafe feeling welcome. And feel free to stay longer—the cafe is open until 10:00 PM!
