Join us for an hour dedicated to the art of writing in the inspiring atmosphere of the Central Library Amsterdam! ✨ Writing alongside fellow writers can significantly boost your productivity, and we invite you to experience this firsthand on the 7th floor every Wednesday morning.

✨ What to Expect:
Whether you're working on a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, or even poetry, this is a supportive space to get things done. Rest assured, no one will review your work or give unsolicited feedback—just a dedicated hour of writing.

Schedule:

• 10:30 am: Quick introductions
• 10:45 am: Timer starts—get writing for 1 hour
• 11:45 am: Wrap up—chat, leave, or keep writing

Optional Extra Hour:
I will stick around for another hour if you'd like to join me for more writing!

Late Arrivals Welcome:
Don't worry if you're late! Just settle in, and check in with me afterward (look for the Shut Up & Write! sign). Early attendees are encouraged to make space for latecomers. 😊

After the session, feel free to engage in discussions about our writing experiences—successes and challenges alike. If time doesn't allow you to stay, that’s absolutely fine!

What to Bring:
Bring whatever you need to facilitate your writing. If you're sensitive to background noise, consider bringing earbuds or earplugs to minimize distractions from the cafe environment. Please ensure your devices are charged, as charging options may be limited.

Important Reminders:

• Wi-Fi setup may take a moment if you're new to the library. Follow the instructions on the publicroam app available on every table.
• While purchasing food and drinks is not required, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
