The morning starts with a proper Bavarian breakfast — think white sausages and pretzels — before diving into a forward-looking session covering key industry trends for 2027, including EUDI Wallets and AMLR, plus an exclusive sneak peek at Signicat's strategic roadmap.

🍺 Afternoon at the Schützen-Festzelt

The group will transfer together to the Schützen-Festzelt, one of the 14 main Oktoberfest tents, situated at the southern end of the grounds right at the foot of the iconic Bavaria statue. This tent is renowned for its cozy, genuine atmosphere and its vibrant mix of locals and international visitors.

👗 Dress Code

Traditional Bavarian attire (Dirndl/Lederhosen) is absolutely welcome, but smart casual is perfectly fine too. Firm shoes or boots are strongly recommended — you'll be standing and dancing on floors that can get wet. Come prepared! 😄

🎒 Bags & Luggage

Due to general security regulations, larger bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not permitted on the Oktoberfest grounds — security staff enforces this at every entrance. Small handbags for women are fine. Please leave larger items at your hotel or at the Signicat office.

🥗 Food & Drinks

All food and beverages are covered by Signicat. The menu will be pre-ordered for all tables, so please ensure you submit your dietary requirements in advance. Vegetarian, vegan, and alcohol-free options will be available alongside the classic Oktoberfest beer and hearty Bavarian cuisine.

💶 Cash & Money

While everything during the Signicat event is taken care of, if you plan to continue after the reservation ends, bringing cash (EUR) is strongly recommended. Some vendors accept cards, but cash is far more practical. ATMs are available on-site, though queues can be long.

🚇 Getting Home

The easiest way back to your hotel is via public transport. Three U-Bahn (subway) stations are nearby: Theresienwiese, Schwanthalerhöhe, and Goetheplatz. Taxis are also available at all exits from the grounds.
