Sixpence None the Richer is an American alternative rock band, renowned for their hit single Kiss Me, which soared to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a top-10 hit in sixteen countries. The song continues to gain traction, frequently appearing in Shazam’s weekly Top 200, going viral on TikTok, and being featured in films, television, and advertisements worldwide. In July 2024, Kiss Me was certified triple platinum by the RIAA.

The band has received two Grammy nominations, numerous Dove Awards, and accolades such as “Top Soundtrack Single” at the Billboard Music Awards and “Best Song” at the Young Hollywood Awards. Their cover of There She Goes by The La’s was recognized as a BMI Pop Awards Top Song in 2001.

Formed in 1992 by Matt Slocum and Leigh Nash in New Braunfels, Texas, Sixpence None the Richer has released six LPs:
