SMS Mom's Day Out: Walk With Your Village

Join Single Mom Strong for a refreshing morning filled with movement, conversation, and community at Miner's Ravine Trail in Roseville! We'll embark on a relaxing one-hour group walk at a comfortable pace for everyone, followed by a lovely lunch back at The Empowerment Center.

This event is the perfect chance to connect with other local single moms, soak in the great outdoors, and enjoy quality time with your village. Whether you're a seasoned walker or simply looking to forge meaningful connections, we’d be thrilled to see you there!

Childcare Registration & Check-In:

We provide high-quality childcare during our events! Children must be pre-registered through Eventbrite and should be at least 2 years old and potty trained. Childcare includes snacks and activities, opening at 9:30 AM at The Empowerment Center (7525 Auburn Blvd, Suite 5, Citrus Heights, CA 95610). Please arrive on time to check in, complete a liability form, and sign your child into care. After drop-off, head over to Miner's Ravine Trail (directions will be provided after registration). Carpooling is encouraged!

Make sure to meet our group no later than 9:45 AM at the Empowerment Center. We can’t wait to see you there!

About Mom's Day Out Events:

We’re on a mission to combat the loneliness of single parenting. Each month, Single Mom Strong hosts 3–4 opportunities for single mothers to connect. Our monthly Mom’s Night (or Day) Out event gives you a chance to "refill your cup" and build relationships with women who understand your journey. These events provide fun, shared experiences in a welcoming environment.

Licensed childcare is available during all Mom’s Night (or Day) Out events, but spots fill quickly—make sure to register early to secure your child's place!
