About the event

Real Company Challenges. Built by Solo Unicorns. 🦄

Becoming AI-native is not just about purchasing AI tools or adding a chatbot to existing workflows. The real challenges lie within the business:

  • Repetitive tasks still reliant on human effort
  • Decisions hindered by fragmented information
  • Workflows spread across teams without clear ownership
  • Important needs left unattended due to lack of time, priority, or specialized capability.

The Solo Unicorn Roundtable addresses these challenges by bringing together individuals with innovative ideas and the agency to build solutions.

Every two weeks, business owners, operators, product managers, and industry practitioners present a real AI-transformation challenge. A group of 10–30 solo founders, product thinkers, engineers, and AI builders collaborates to:

  • Listen deeply
  • Map the problem
  • Exchange ideas
  • Identify actionable steps worth testing.

This is not a high-level AI trend discussion or a formal boardroom meeting. It’s a challenge lab with a clear brief:

  • Companies gain focused outside creativity, fresh perspectives, and rapid execution.
  • Solo founders gain real customer situations, validated needs, and genuine opportunities to build.
  • Existing solutions find practical use cases.
  • Unmet needs progress towards interviews, prototypes, and small pilots.

What We Accomplish Together:

  • Understand the Business: Customers, roles, value chain, workflows, and constraints.
  • Unpack the Pain: Concrete cases, frequency, cost, impact, and current workarounds.
  • Define the Opportunity: Transform vague frustrations into clear challenges and opportunity cards.
  • Jam on Ideas: Rapidly propose, combine, and pressure-test actionable approaches.
  • Match Action: Connect existing solutions or assign follow-up interviews, prototypes, and pilots.

If You Represent a Company:

Bring one specific AI-transformation challenge that matters but remains unsolved or deprioritized. You will receive focused questions from outside innovators, fresh but actionable approaches, and potential partners to advance a prototype or pilot.

If You Are a Solo Founder:

Bring curiosity, product judgment, and the ability to execute. You will gain access to real workflows, deeply examined demand, buyer context, and product opportunities worth validating. Understand the problem first—then decide what deserves to be built.

Special thanks to MenuSifu for graciously providing the venue.

Turn the problems companies genuinely need solved into opportunities solo founders should genuinely pursue.
