âšWhat awaits you? A deeply relaxing, meditative experience, where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and drums.
You simply lie down, close your eyes and let the waves of sound wash over you. The session begins with gentle breathing before the music gradually unfolds, guiding you into a state of relaxation and inner stillness. The vibrations resonate through your body, helping release tension, quiet the mind and restore balance. Many people experience deep relaxation, mindfulness, emotional release or even a sense of timelessness.
