Stress? No Stress!
Stress!
A word, a response, a stimulus, a mental strain, an emotional tension... Regardless of its clinical definition, we all experience stress. It's woven into the fabric of our culture and lives, often seen as the health epidemic of the 21st century. Burnout has become a common term across professions.
Cultural workers and creators make up a significant portion of those experiencing symptoms of exhaustion in Sweden today. Many find it challenging to pause their creative processes, as working in culture and design is a continuous endeavor. However, research indicates that high stress levels can inhibit creativity.
Join psychologist Karina Minda as she discusses why even creatives need to rest. She will share tips on regulating your nervous system and transforming your perception of life's challenges from threats into opportunities for growth. This could be your best investment in time, equipping you with tools for a healthier and more balanced life.
