What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are 'bathed' in sound waves from various instruments. As you lie down and listen to the resonant sounds, you can enter a state of deep rest and relaxation, exploring self-inquiry while letting go of stress and worries. Our sound baths may include:

• Over 70 Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls
