This unique workshop invites you to explore the art of movement as drawing and vice versa, guided by the principles of Open Floor movement practice and the playful framework of Segni Mossi. Over this engaging weekend, participants will embark on a journey through the body, gesture, and imagination, discovering how our physical expressions translate into lines, shapes, and textures on paper.

FACILITATOR: Tamara Romaniuk, a certified Somatic Counsellor and Open Floor practitioner, combines her expertise in somatic psychology and mindfulness to offer a nurturing space for creativity and embodied connection.
