Sunday Sangha Meeting - 1st Session

Join us for a welcoming and friendly Sunday Sangha Meeting! ✨

Visitors are always welcome, and no prior experience is needed. We provide a printed program to guide you through our activities.

What to Expect:

1. Reconnect as a Sangha (community)
2. Meditation for about 20 minutes (often guided, so no prior experience required!) 🧘‍♀️
3. Short Break for stretching
4. Conversation about mindful living 🌱

Feel free to dress comfortably and join us on our provided cushions, or relax in a folding chair.
