Featuring: Mystik, The Rolling Mile, Run-N-Rave, LOL, Slow Poke, AYOP, SYLO & Flat Mountain Living 🥳

Each crew will bring their own flavour, so expect a colourful morning where you’re sure to find an energy that you can vibe with. Fast, slow, loud or chilled, we got you covered 🌈

🕙 Meet: 9:00am / Rollout: 9:45am!
🏃‍♀️ Choose from 3 distance options: 8km, 12km & 17km

🧘 Wind down and manifest your destiny... 10 minute Meditation with SYLO.

BBQ FEAST! 🌭

Enjoy the rest of the afternoon grilling and chilling with your running buddies. Bring your own post-run party drinks, meats, salads, and cakes. Grills, fuel, and fridges will be provided.

🧊 ICE BATH RECOVERY! After the run, we will have an ice bath available for those brave enough to plunge into freezing temperatures for the sake of recovery.
