Event Description
This talk will go over the ongoing evolution of the service industry and how the low code/no code revolution is requiring service designers to rethink how to design for services using an agentic workflow mindset. The talk will be followed by an open discussion about this topic where participants will have the opportunity to share and reflect with others about their experience.

About Our Speaker
Carol Massa
Carol is a multi-disciplinary designer with more than ten years of experience working at the intersection of innovation, design and technology.

Her focus has been on improving service experiences in large complex healthcare systems through digital health platforms. As a Service Design Lead at Northwell Health, she acts as a facilitator to enhance service experiences for patients and clinicians and works with key stakeholders across departments on AI strategy leveraging digital partnerships inside and outside of the healthcare system
