Temuka Colour Canter

It's BACK! 🎉 The Temuka Colour Canter returns on Saturday 17 October 2026! Lace up, wear white, and prepare to be covered in vibrant colours. This 5km fun run/walk is for everyone — kids, grandparents, and even dogs on leads! 🐶

Event Highlights:

• Seven Colour Stations: Experience the joy of being doused in safe, non-toxic coloured powder at each station.
• Massive Finishing Party: Celebrate your achievement with a party featuring a band and various food stalls! 🎶🍔
• No Race Times: Enjoy the fun without the pressure of timing. However, competitive participants are welcome to track their own times!

What to Expect:

The course is approximately 5km long, starting and finishing at the Oval in the Temuka Domain. It’s designed for all ages and abilities, so no major preparation is needed. Enjoy scenic views along the tree-lined Domain Avenue and the picturesque golf course. Just a heads up, there are some uneven patches along the route! 🌳

What is a Colour Station?

This is where the magic happens! At each colour station, participants are showered with coloured powder, crossing the finish line looking like a rainbow! 🌈
