Come as you are—move freely and dress however you feel comfortable! Leaving words and shoes at the wardrobe, we enter the dance floor. This welcoming space allows us to be and to breathe, to be moved by, and to move all that is present. The music inspires us to travel, explore, stop, and play…

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

1. No Shoes
2. No talking on the dance floor
3. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment
4. No photos or videos, cellphones muted and out of sight
5. Care/Awareness for the space and for each other
6. Move your body however you wish

If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands together at your heart 🙏 – Namaste.

What to Bring:

• An open heart & your beautiful vibes 💖
• Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself
• Bring your water bottle; we have fresh water and tea available for refilling.
