Founded by Scott "Wino" Weinrich, known for his work with Saint Vitus, Spirit Caravan, and Shrinebuilder, The Obsessed emerged in the late 1970s, becoming one of the most influential bands in doom metal and underground hard rock.

With roots in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. underground scene, they played a pivotal role in bridging heavy metal and punk, earning respect from contemporaries like Black Flag, Bad Brains, and Minor Threat. Their raw energy and thunderous sound have led many to describe them as “America’s Motörhead.”

Scott “Wino” Weinrich’s unmistakable vocals and legendary guitar work continue to inspire generations of musicians and fans alike.

They will be joined by Swedish doom outfit Klastos for this special performance.
