This first edition introduces RelaXi 001: How We Relax Through Time.

RelaXi is a multisensory platform for intellectual and social wellbeing, where individuals can discover, learn, practice, and remember what helps them relax. Drawing from Eastern and Western traditions, RelaXi emphasizes that emotion is sensory and worth listening to.

Centered on the theme of How We Relax Through Time, this event explores how people across eras and cultures have utilized places, sounds, objects, rituals, and connections to respond to pressures and relate to time differently.
