Thursday Group Dog Obedience Class - All levels welcome!

Looking for a fun, supportive, and engaging way to train your dog? 🐶 Join our outdoor dog training class where we focus on force-free, reward-based, and relationship-building training methods to strengthen the bond between you and your pup!

What You'll Learn:

✨ Sit, Down, Stay, Stand, Come when called & Watch Me & More
✨ Polite greetings and sitting nicely for petting
✨ Loose leash walking and focus exercises
✨ Impulse control around distractions
✨ Canine Good Citizen (CGC) prep skills

🐶 Bonus: Puppies under 1 year old can test for the AKC STAR Puppy title after six total classes — a great first step toward the Canine Good Citizen program!

📅 Frequency: Held weekly on Thursday evening

Rules & Reminders:

✅ Keep your dog on leash at all times.
🚫 No dogs in heat, harsh corrections, E-collars, prong collars, shock collars, or retractable/flexi-lead leashes.
🤝 Give other dogs and handlers plenty of space.
🐕 One adult handler per dog.

What to Bring:

✔️ Dog up to date on vaccinations (with ID)
✔️ Treats your dog LOVES (cheese, chicken, hot dogs, Zuke’s, etc.)
✔️ 6-ft leash (no flexi-leads or retractable leashes)
✔️ Long line (15–20 ft) for distance work
✔️ Water for you and your dog
✔️ Potty bags
✔️ A chair (optional)
✔️ Your best attitude!
