🔸 Mobility Session:
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Warm up with 30 minutes of mobility exercises led by Playhouse Ambassador Kunal Gulati
🔸 Padel Coaching:
7:00 PM - 7:20 PM: Get to know the padel basic techniques and rules with one of the TIO TIO coaches
🔸 Padel Time:
7:20 PM - 8:30 PM: Enjoy 70 minutes of padel! Only beginner level!
