Join us for a unique train journey in support of Macmillan Cancer Support! 🌟

We will be taking a pair of Class 50s to Edinburgh for an early autumn break, allowing you to explore this beautiful city, enjoy true Scottish hospitality, or wander along the Royal Mile to the castle for spectacular sights.

This event is dedicated to the memory of Suzanne Collins, who recently lost her battle with cancer. Her husband, Nick Collins, has been a vital part of the Network Rail Charter team, and we are honored to support this cause together.

As cancer diagnoses rise, so does the need for evolving cancer care. Macmillan Cancer Support is committed to providing essential services for those living with cancer at every stage of their journey.

Journey Details:

• Departure Location: Hitchin, just after 06:00
• Pick-Up Stops: Letchworth Garden City, Royston, Cambridge, Ely, March, Peterborough, and a diversion through Lincoln to Doncaster and York.
• Final Pick-Up: York, mid-morning for a short leg stretch and photo opportunity.
• Destination: Edinburgh, arriving at 14:00.
• Return: Departing Edinburgh just after 16:30, with quick pick-ups in Newcastle and Durham, and drop-offs at the same locations as the outward journey, concluding around 23:30.
