Join us for an exciting Easter Weekend at the Tortoise & The Hare 5K & 10K Color Run! 🎉 This event is dedicated to fundraising for Salisbury Parks and Recreation.

🗓️ Event Details:

• Date: 4 april 2026
• Packet Pickup:
  • Early Packet Pickup: Friday at Salisbury Senior Center (43 Lafayette Rd) from 11:00-14:00
  • Race Day Registration: Opens at 08:45 at Lions Park, under the pavilion!

💰 Fees:

• 5K/10K:
  • $25 through 31 December 2025
  • $30 through 31 March 2026
  • $35 until 3 April 2026, 20:00
  • $45 on Race Day
• Youth (15 & Under):
  • $20 (increases to $25 on Race Day)
• 1 Mile Color Run (NOT TIMED):
  • $25 (increases to $30 on Race Day, includes a T-shirt)
  • Start Time: 09:30

Get ready for a vibrant experience! Every quarter mile, Color Runners will be covered in a burst of colorful powder—bring your fun glasses or bandana for added comfort! 🌈 Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, as the color washes out easier the sooner you wash them!

Top 3 Overall Male and Female Hare in the 5K and 10K, plus age group winners!

• Age Groups: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60-75, 76+
  Non-Binary participants are also recognized.

🅿️ Parking:
Available at the DPW and Senior Center, with overflow parking at the Boys and Girls Club and Salisbury Elementary School.

🍏 Post Race Festivities:
Enjoy a variety of packaged snacks and fruits, along with music & entertainment from Evolvement Radio! 🎶
Participants over 21 can enjoy 1 FREE beer at the event by showing their race bib! 🍺
Celebrate post-race with fellow runners at Sylvan Street Grille, just present your bib for a free drink at either the Salisbury or Peabody locations!

🌧️ Weather Policy:
Events will take place rain, snow, or shine unless deemed unsafe. In case of cancellation, refunds may not be issued but a postponement will be offered. 🔄
