Trunk of Treats Weekend

📍Location: Crooked Run Campground, Prince Gallitzin State Park

🎃 Attention Registered Campers Only!
Join us for a festive Halloween and Autumn celebration! Decorate your campsites to get into the spirit while ensuring safety by adhering to campground speed limits.

Event Schedule:

🗓️ Friday: 6 October 17:00 - 22:00

• Hayrides: Enjoy hayrides through the campground starting at 18:00. Load and unload at the Campground Store parking lot. Donation: $2.00 per rider.

🗓️ Saturday: 7 October

• Safety First: All campground roads will be closed from 16:00 - 18:00 to ensure a safe environment for trick-or-treaters.
• Costume Parade:
  • 3:40 PM: Lineup begins at the banners located at the inlet end of Maple Loop (near the RV dump stations).
  • 4:00 PM: The parade starts! Join one of two routes based on age:
    • Short Route (Ages 7 & Under): Down Main Road to the Amphitheater.
    • Long Route (Ages 8 & Over): Down Main Road to Spruce entrance, then back up through Red Oak to the Amphitheater for treats!
• 🎉 Candy Distribution: Campers can hand out candy at their campsites after the parade. Please wait until the parade concludes for treats to ensure smooth passage.

🕖 Saturday Evening: 17:00 - 22:00

• More Hayrides: Continue the fun with more hayrides starting at 18:00. Load and unload at the Campground Store parking lot. Donation: $2.00 per rider.
