Join us for a refreshing morning of running and coffee! Here’s the plan:

• 7:30 - 7:40 AM: Self-introductions & Warm-up
• 7:40 - 8:40 AM: Running
• 8:40 - 9:30 AM: Leisure at the cafe

▼ Meeting Point:
Tama River Station (West Exit)

Please note that the starting and ending points of the run differ as we’ll be running from Tama River Station to Futako Tamagawa Station.

▼ Participation Fee: Free
Please cover your own cafe expenses.

▼ What to Bring:

• Comfortable workout clothing
• Water and a sweat towel (if needed)

▼ Important Notes:

• Please keep your valuables and bags secure. Use nearby lockers or running stations.
• In case of cancellations, please contact us via DM.
• Photos may be posted on social media; inform us via DM by the event date if you do not wish to be featured.
• If there’s a possibility of rain, updates will be provided on Instagram by 6 AM on the day of the event.
• We kindly ask that no soliciting or business promotions take place during this event.
