University Heights Movie in the Park

Join us for a featured film screened in the park, decided on by the community! Come in your best witchy outfits and enjoy this fun, fall inspired movie in the park.Participate in our baked goods bake-off challenge, cozy up with one of our UHCA blankets, purchase concessions, or bring your own picnic!Are you an amateur baker who religiously watches Great British Baking Show and wishes they could enter? Now is your chance! Enter one of our three baking categories below and bring your submissions for peer review and voting to the park for Movie Night! Winners receive a prize for each category. Baker should make at least two dozen of their baking submission. Please bring recipe card outlining the ingredients to ensure that allergens are properly managed for the judges. Arrive at 6:00 sharp to pay for your judges ballot and enjoy sampling from each of the bakers’ items.Learn how to dance Michael Jackson's Thriller dance with us as well starting at 6:00 PM. All are welcome to this free pre-screening activity to get your bodies moving.Movie concessions will also be sold at the park. Be sure to arrive early to claim your spot on the grass!
