This unique public masterclass offers an exclusive look behind the scenes at the French Connection Academy & Festival 2026.

Join three of Europe's most distinguished artists as they work with selected young talents from around the globe in a captivating blend of viola, violin, and piano:

• 🎻 Augustin Dumay: One of Europe's most prominent violinists, often compared to 20th-century masters. He has performed with leading orchestras worldwide and is an active conductor, currently serving as the music director for the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie. Since 2004, he has been a master in residence at the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth.
• 🎹 Katrine Gislinge: Renowned as one of Scandinavia's most notable pianists, celebrated for her poetic and deeply engaging performances. She has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall and Concertgebouw, collaborating with renowned figures such as Gustavo Dudamel and Gidon Kremer. Her interpretations of Mozart's piano concertos have received international acclaim.
• 🎼 Françoise Gneri: A versatile violist known for her work as a soloist, chamber musician, and educator. She has performed at the Opéra de Paris and major venues worldwide. Gneri is the founder of Collectif Fractales and two festivals aimed at introducing classical music to new audiences.

This masterclass will host an audience that spans various languages, countries, and generations, all gathered in Denmark to cherish music in its most honest and compelling form. 🌍🎵
