🎙️ The Voice AI Hackathon 2026 series is a global developer event series organized by Agora, in collaboration with leading ecosystem partners across AI, cloud, and developer tools.

We have successfully hosted this series across Singapore, NewYork, London, and other cities globally, bringing together 1,000+ registered participants and 200+ hackathon projects, showcasing real-world Voice AI innovation.

We are partnering with ecosystem leaders to build a complete Voice AI Agent development stack—from infrastructure to agent capabilities.

This enables developers to build powerful Voice AI agents using Agora Agent Skills framework, with a developer-friendly experience that can even start from a single prompt inside modern AI coding tools.

📘 Learn the fundamentals of building voice-enabled AI agents, including the core components and a simple starter flow（음성 지원 AI 에이전트를 구축하기 위한 기본 개념, 주요 구성 요소, 간단한 스타터 플로우를 배웁니다）

🧑‍🏫 Build and improve your project during the hackathon with mentor support and guided checkpoints(멘토의 지원과 가이드 체크포인트를 활용하여 해커톤 기간 동안 프로젝트를 구축하고 개선합니다)

🤝 Collaborate with your team, test ideas quickly, and deliver a working prototype demo by the end of the event（팀과 협력하고, 아이디어를 빠르게 검증하며, 이벤트가 끝날 때까지 작동하는 프로토타입 데모를 완성합니다）

Team Size: 2 to 4 members per team.（팀 인원: 팀당 2~4명）

9:00 AM to 9:30 AM — Registration and Check-in, badge distribution, team confirmations, seating.

9:30 AM to 9:45 AM — Opening Ceremony, welcome remarks, event overview, partner introductions.

9:45 AM to 10:00 AM — Session 1: Build Real-Time Voice AI Agent with Agora

10:00 AM to 10:15 AM — Session 2: Couchbase: In the World of Artificial Intelligence

10:15 AM to 10:30 AM — Session 3: TRAE: The Real AI Engineer

10:30 AM to 10:45 AM — Hackathon Kickoff, mechanics, hackathon format, judging criteria, rules, and important reminders before the build begins.

10:45 AM to 12:00 PM — Build Phase 1 🧑‍💻, teams start building with the required tech stack.

12:00 AM to 12:30 PM — Working Lunch Break 🍽️, lunch will be distributed.

12:30 PM to 4:30 PM — Build Phase 2 🧑‍💻, teams continue building with the required tech stack.

4:30 PM to 5:30 PM — Build Phase 3🧑‍💻, Final Sprint ⏱️🔥, submission preparation and final checks, deck upload, demo readiness, technical validation.

5:30 PM to 6:00 PM — Submission Deadline

6:00 PM to 6:30 PM — Dinner Break, Project Pitch Preparation & Judging Round 1, judges review submissions and select top teams.

6:30 PM to 7:45 PM — Top Team Presentations, 5 min pitch, selected teams present on stage.

7:45 PM to 8:00 PM — Judges Deliberation, final scoring and winner selection.

8:00 PM to 8:30 PM — Awarding Ceremony and Closing Remarks 🏅🎉
