• 13:00 – 13:15 PM: Welcome & Introduction to The Drop: our mission, impact, and what to expect during the week.
• 13:15 – 13:45 PM: Volunteer schedule walkthrough + individual tasks & responsibilities.
• 13:45 – 14:15 PM: Stories & tips from past volunteers.
• 14:15 – 14:30 PM: Team introductions & icebreakers.
• 14:30 – 15:00 PM: Snacks, networking, and relaxed mingling.

This meetup is the perfect chance to get familiar with the event setup, ask questions, and start building the team spirit that will carry us through The Drop. Join us here!
