Welcome to a gentle space to slow down together in nature! 🌿 Join us for a serene Walking Meditation at Vettakollen, where we’ll wander through stunning landscapes, appreciating the beauty both on the way up and the breathtaking view of the Oslofjord at the summit.

What to Expect:
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a slow-paced walking meditation. We’ll take our time to connect with the bedrock, moss, lichen, and the diverse trees around us—pine, spruce, and birch. 🌱

We’ll move as one, with gentle guidance, providing you with invitations to settle into your body and truly engage with your surroundings. Silence and sharing are both welcome, and you can participate in whichever way feels most natural to you. 🌊

Who is This For?
This space resonates particularly with those:

  • 🌼 Struggling with burnout or feeling overwhelmed
  • 🌼 In a period of transition
  • 🌼 Seeking a deeper connection to their body and the environment

No prior experience or special skills are required. You’re welcome just as you are!

What to Bring:

  • A filled water bottle 💧
  • Snacks or a meal 🍎
  • Comfortable clothing and shoes with good grip 👟
  • A small backpack and something to sit on (a waterproof pad is nice on the rocks) 🧳
