Why Do I Put Myself Last? A workshop for women ready to choose themselves without guilt.
Why Do I Put Myself Last? 🤔
Everyone counts on you. You manage the family calendar, remember birthdays, schedule doctor’s appointments, check in on aging parents, pack lunches, respond to late-night texts, mentor coworkers, volunteer for extra projects, and solve everyone else’s problems. But have you stopped asking yourself what you need?
If you’ve ever felt guilty saying no, found it easier to care for others than yourself, or felt uncomfortable choosing yourself, you’re not alone. This workshop is for women ready to explore these feelings with curiosity and less judgment.
Join us for Why Am I Like This?, an interactive workshop designed to help you understand the patterns that shape your life and start choosing yourself without guilt.
