A free gathering for women ready to reconnect with lightness, joy, and the small moments that remind the body: life is still beautiful. 🌸

In daily life, we often notice what feels heavy, stressful, or missing.
But healing is not only about being with what is difficult.

It is also about learning to notice what feels good, safe, warm, alive, beautiful, or nourishing — even in the smallest moments.

These moments are called glimmers. ✨✨✨

A glimmer can be the warmth of the sun ☀️
a kind smile, a moment of laughter, a beautiful sound, a deep breath, or the simple feeling of being here.

When we slow down enough to notice these moments, feel them gently in the body, and share them with others, they can grow.

The glimmer becomes a glow.✨

This is not about pretending everything is fine.
It is about giving your nervous system more places to return to.

✨ More familiarity with safety.

✨ More capacity to receive joy.
✨ More inner resources to meet life.

We will gather in a circle to reflect, share, listen, and let these small lights become brighter together. 🤍🤍🤍

The circle is completely free — offered in the spirit of mutual and selfless support.
