Woods, Meditation & Pirilampos (fireflies): an evening woodland walk near Lisbon

Join us for a gentle evening stroll, transforming into a magical night! 🌌

We'll wander through the woods of the beautiful Mata de Belas, bathed in the soft, mellow glow ofsunset. Together, we will share a moment of silentmeditation, allowing us to connect with the natural environment. 🧘‍♀️✨

As darkness falls, gather near the stream to experience nature’s own light show—the enchanting dance of thefireflies(Pirilampos). 🌟

Pirilampos are tiny insects that emit a warm, glowing light, resembling fairies dancing in the trees. 🧚What to Bring:- Comfortable walking shoes 👟

• A light jacket or jumper for the cool night air 🧥
