working with monsters: how toxic AI is reshaping the workplace & what young professionals can do about it

About the event

The Consulate General of Poland in New York invites a diverse group of founders, engineers, researchers, investors, diplomats, and Polish Young Professionals (PYP) for an evening conversation on one of the most consequential questions in today's society.
The evening will feature a mini-lecture by prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska - philosopher, AI researcher, and one of Europe’s leading voices on the social impact of artificial intelligence (instagram.com/przega). A faculty member at Kozminski University and a researcher affiliated with Harvard University and MIT, she explores the intersection of AI, labor, ethics, and society.
Instead of buzzwords and corporate optimism theater, prof. Przegalińska will offer a sharp, grounded conversation about the darker edges of AI adoption and how to prepare intelligently for them, rather than panic blindly.
The mini-lecture will be followed by an interactive discussion and a reception with drinks and Polish food, offering an opportunity to continue the discussions.
