About the event

Join us for an insightful workshop exploring The Limits of Grassroots Initiatives! In collaboration with PlanBørnefonden, architect Alexandre Humbert will share his fieldwork experiences from North Jakarta, where he has documented communities impacted by climate change and engaged in local rebuilding efforts.

This roundtable discussion will merge personal anecdotes with examples from PlanBørnefonden’s international projects, focusing on:

  • Climate responsibility 🌱
  • Humanitarian action 🤝
  • The opportunities and constraints within grassroots initiatives.

We will conclude with an open discussion about how local actions, global solidarity, and collective responsibility can spark meaningful change!

This workshop is part of the Collective Change exhibition, running from 25 June – 5 July at Dark Gallery CPH, Ryesgade 103B.
