• 8:00 PM — Breathwork journey (60 min) 🌬️
  Engage in a conscious-connected practice with an extended restorative phase, accompanied by music for a felt experience of integration.
• 9:00 PM — Consolidation & sharing circle (45 min) 🗣️
  Time to articulate and witness insights from the session.
• 9:45 PM — Closing & connection
