11th Annual Bumpers & Books: A Literary Trunk-or-Treat!

Join us for the 11th Annual Bumpers & Books: A Literary Trunk-or-Treat! happening on Saturday, October 17, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM!

In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to Saturday, October 24. Come on down to the Groton Public Library where our staff, volunteers, and community members will be giving out treats from the decorated trunks of their vehicles, inspired by books, authors, and Dewey Decimal call numbers! 🎈✨

Enjoy a delightful array of activities including balloon artistry, crafts, face painting, temporary tattoos, and free snacks! 📸👻 You can also wander through our Book Patch to pick up a brand-new book at no cost, snap some fun photos in the Picture Patch, and participate in lawn games.

Bumpers & Books is free and open to the public. We encourage children to come in costume to enrich the festive atmosphere! 🎉
