Join the Peninsula Health Care District for the 2nd Annual Age Well Health Fair at the Peninsula Health Care District Health & Fitness Center in Burlingame! This exciting community event is designed for older adults and offers a variety of activities:

- Educational opportunities 📚
- Connections to local organizations dedicated to promoting healthy aging 🌼
🎉 Special Bonus: The first 100 seniors aged 60 or older who complete at least three qualifying activities during the Health Fair will receive a complimentary Burlingame Farmers’ Market voucher as a thank you for participating!
How to Qualify:
- Be age 60 or older
- Participate in at least 3 activities (such as Health Screening, Class, Consultation, or Visiting a Table)
