24/07 – CACAO AND BREATHWORK CEREMONY: VITALITY: FEELING ALIVE

What makes you feel truly alive? The answer is rarely another achievement or another completed task.

Vitality can appear while we create, move, spend time in nature, share an honest moment, sing, laugh, or feel deeply present with another person. It is not only about having more energy. It is about being connected enough to taste life while it is happening.
Sometimes we become so busy, overwhelmed, or focused on surviving that the days begin to blur together. We continue functioning, but gradually stop feeling fully here.

Returning to vitality asks us to become present again. To feel more. To allow life to reach us.

July sits at the heart of summer, when nature is overflowing with life. During this ceremony, we will use cacao and connected breathwork to meet that same movement within ourselves.
We will begin with ceremonial cacao, allowing time to slow down, arrive in the body, and open the heart. We will reflect on what vitality means to each of us and share where we are in this moment.

From there, Katya will guide us through a connected breathwork journey. We will remember moments when we felt deeply alive and gently expand this experience through the breath.
Afterwards, we will return to a sharing circle to integrate the journey and explore how we can bring more vitality into our everyday lives.
You will not leave as a different person.
But perhaps you will leave feeling a little more like yourself.

About the facilitator
Katya Zheltova is a certified breathwork facilitator and therapist with over five years of experience. She is trained in Holosomatic Breathwork, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other healing modalities.
In her work, she combines science with poetry, creating practices that support honest connection and lasting integration. She shares methods she has explored herself — approaches that continue to shape both her own life and her work with individuals and groups.
