Join us for a delightful experience of Goat Yoga at the St. John's Farmers' Market! Stretch, breathe, and laugh as you engage in a gentle yoga flow accompanied by our adorable four-legged friends.

• Duration: 45 minutes of guided yoga, followed by 15 minutes of free time with the goats for selfies!
• Instructor: Certified yoga instructor

Come with an open mind and a sense of humor; no yoga experience is needed! Just bring your mat, slippers, or thick socks!
