3D Artists meetup
The first time 3D artists in the UAE sit in the same room.
Whether you're from VFX, animation, product design, or 3D printing industry —this is a small, no-BS meetup for people who actually build things in 3D. We’re cutting the fluff. Grab a coffee, meet the room, and join a real conversation about where the industry is actually heading.
This session is about two things: building a genuine local network and tackling the topic everyone is quietly anxious about—how AI is changing the 3D landscape and what we can do to stay ahead of the curve.
📍 What We'll Cover
Who's in the room: A quick round of intros so we know exactly who does what.
The honest state of the UAE market: What’s in demand, what’s changing, and where the work is moving.
AI’s real impact on 3D: We’ll discuss what’s already being automated (texturing, rigging, motion) versus what remains human-essential.
Tools vs. Reality: A look at the tools actually changing workflows (Midjourney, Luma, Meshy, etc.) and how we are using them without losing our creative edge.
The "Survival" Skillset: What separates the artists who are thriving from those who are getting left behind.
Where the money is: Identifying the specific pipelines, niches, and client types that still demand high-end human craftsmanship.
👤 Who this is for
Working 3D artists based in the UAE—VFX, animation, product visualization, motion design, CAD, and 3D printing. All levels are welcome, but the conversation will be peer-to-peer and technical. Come ready to share, not just listen.
🕕 The Plan
6:00 PM: Doors open, grab a coffee, and introductions.
6:15 PM: Discussion kicks off: Industry insights & the AI shift.
7:45 PM: Wrap up, contact exchange.
👤 About the Host
I’m a UAE-based 3D artist with 5+ years of hands-on experience across VFX, CGI, and CAD. Having navigated the evolution of our production pipelines, I know that our greatest asset is our collective knowledge. I’m hosting this to build a local network where we can exchange real-world tactics and stay competitive in a rapidly changing market.
Capacity is intentionally small to keep the conversation productive. RSVP to hold your spot.
