Come and unwind with Alison, Nicole, and Keith as they guide you through a two-hour event designed to help you reconnect with your inner self. The evening will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual led by Alison Morris, inviting you to slow your mind and embrace the present moment. 🧘‍♀️🍫

From this place of calm and openness, you'll be ushered into a soulful kirtan session featuring music and mantras facilitated by Nicole Amdur and Keith Kempis. This meditative practice allows voices to harmonize in shared connection, expression, and devotion. 🎶

No prior experience is necessary! You are warmly welcomed to simply listen, sing along, or just bask in the soothing sounds around you. 🌌
