Join Maggie Shipley on the dance floor at the Intergenerational Center for Arts & Wellness for a 4-week series of Absolute Beginner Line Dancing Lessons! This class is designed for older adults and focuses on improving balance, coordination, memory, and heart health. Enjoy a low-impact workout while having fun with friends and dancing to great music!
