We’re keeping it tight, just 20 people gathering for a curated evening hosted by Ageless Experiences. This is our community container designed for deep mental clarity, cellular health, and real connections. We are bringing together a small circle to dive into high-level wellness insights before jumping into a full thermal contrast circuit at SF's newest outdoor oasis, Alchemy Springs.
⚠️ Strict Capacity Notice (Tickets Must Be Purchased in Advance): This is an exclusive, private session capped at a strict maximum of 20 people. Due to venue capacity and the curated nature of the event, last-minute walk-ins or tickets at the door are absolutely not permitted. You must be on the registered guest list via Luma.

5:30 PM | Guests Arrive
Check in, get settled, get changed, and grab some light food and appetizers in the common area before we kick off.
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | The Briefing
We meet up in the common area for a juicy talk on peptides, wellness, the science of the sweat & barometric goodness from Alex Williams and Jeff Willard. Great stories & science, plus actionable protocols while we're still dry.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | The Experience
Two hours of fluid contrast therapy. Hit the massive communal sauna, drop into the cold plunges, and talk shop around the outdoor fire pit with 20 solid founders, investors, and innovators.

The Peptides Primer: Cutting-edge insights on wellness, longevity, and cellular repair peptides.
The Environmental Reset: The clinical data behind sauna/cold-plunge contrast therapy and barometric chamber protocols for profound inflammation reduction, growth hormone up-regulation, and hyper-accelerated tissue repair.
👉 IMPORTANT | What to Bring & Know
Swimwear is required. All guests must wear appropriate swimwear throughout their visit. Please bring towel, a swimsuit, and sandals. Water bottle are great to have along.
Please note that sandals are required. Surfaces are wet and can get slippery. Towels and sandals are available to rent or purchase on-site if you need them.

We are gathering at San Francisco's newest social sauna oasis. Designed by award-winning architect Olle Lundberg, the outdoor sauna garden features:
Communal sauna with immersive sound and lighting.
Premium cold plunges, a fire pit, and thermal benches.
