The Drop (First ~45 min) ⏰

We kick things off with one or two log drops - max 15-minute demos, discoveries, or hot takes where everyone gathers round. Discussion follows each drop. No slides required. Just "here's something worth chewing on."

Open Studio (Rest of the Day) 💻

No agenda. Zero lecture time. Just good people, laptops, caffeine, and good vibes.

What Can Happen (Totally Optional):

• Trade tips & tricks - share an agent pattern, orchestration hack, or workflow that clicked.
• Demo a work-in-progress - get feedback on your agent stack or flex your latest build.
• Pair up, unblock each other, or tackle a mini challenge together.
• Solo deep work - pop in headphones and grind on your own repo.
• Random chat - agent frameworks, startup ideas, life as a builder… whatever sparks.
• Drop a log of your own - less formal than the drop, just grab a few people and share what you're working on.

Show up with whatever energy you've got; some weeks the room is full of networking vibes, other weeks it's a quiet co-working bubble. All good! 😊

• Language: English.
• Who's it for? Builders who work with agents, not just AI-assisted coding tools. You should be comfortable letting agents drive - whether that's Claude Code, Cursor, multi-agent pipelines, or your own agent stack.
